Old door was rusted out at the bottom.
Replaced door. Painted and installed new door. Replaced knobset, deadbolt lock,
and added a Latch Guard.
Door and Latch Guard had been damaged from a burglary attempt.
Replaced broken mortise lock with Grade 2 entrance leverset, Stainless wrap-around plate, commercial grade "Lori" deadbolt.
